mixed bag experience

confusing processwasted time
downstairs WAS really different. the check in process seemed confusing. one staff member told me to go left, ANOTHER told me to go right. this wasted my time, AND it was not good.

inconsistent servicedeprioritized feeling
the service was inconsistent. Despite being a hotel guest, I felt deprioritized. Staff seemed more attentive to visitors attending various events. Securing a sun lounger by the pool was difficult. I was often moved to make way for others.
